Who buys this list

A new carrier needs a dozen vendors in its first 90 days.

Insurance, money, paperwork, equipment and loads. Whoever calls first usually gets the business.

Commercial truck insurance agents

New authorities must file liability and cargo coverage before they can run a load.

Highest intent, week one

Freight factoring companies

New carriers have no cash-flow cushion and 30-to-60-day broker terms.

Needs money now

Dispatch services

Owner-operators with one or two trucks rarely have load boards or broker relationships yet.

60% are single-truck

Compliance and permit services

BOC-3, UCR, IFTA, drug and alcohol consortium, DOT audit prep. All due early.

Recurring filings

ELD, fuel card and telematics

Every interstate carrier needs an ELD and most want a fuel card from day one.

Day-one purchases

Truck and trailer dealers and lenders

Fleets that register with one truck and plan to add a second are buying soon.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Where does the data come from?

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's public Company Census, which every motor carrier files when it requests a USDOT number. FMCSA publishes updates daily. NewHaul cleans, de-duplicates and formats them, and drops inactive and foreign-domiciled records.

How fresh is it?

Our run starts at 8 a.m. Pacific each day and sends every registration published since your last alert. Most records reach you within one to two days of the USDOT number being issued.

How is this different from searching SAFER myself?

SAFER lets you look up one carrier at a time. It has no "what's new today" view, no filters and no export. NewHaul gives you the whole day's list, cleaned, in your inbox.

Does every record have an email and phone?

Over the last 30 days, 100% of active new registrations included an email and a business phone, 99% named an owner or officer, and about a third listed a separate cell phone.

Are there rules for contacting these carriers?

Yes. Commercial email must follow CAN-SPAM. Calls and texts, especially to cell numbers, must follow the TCPA and do-not-call rules. You are responsible for how you use the list. When in doubt, ask your own counsel.

How do I pick my Starter states or add teammates?

You choose states at checkout, and Team plans list extra recipient emails there too. Reply to any alert to change them.

How do I cancel?

Every email has a "Manage or cancel subscription" link to Stripe's billing portal. Cancel in one click, with no calls or retention offers.
